Our Sickness Absence Management Programmes focus on returning the employee to work as soon as medically possible.

Managers may refer a staff member for an Occupational Health Assessment and advice where there is a concern about an employees health and the effect of this at work. This may be in accordance with the sickness absence policy following long term sickness absence , a newly diagnosed or progressive ill health problem, or frequent, short term sickness absence.

Employees are able to attend our private, immaculate clinics. Appointments can also be arranged at home, or the workplace.

Management reports are sent within our fast five days turnaround time.
